Everything was perfectly fine, ideal location really close to the centre of town as well as the main square in literally a minute, really good experience. The staff there were top-class and very amiable! The service was excellent throughout our stay.

Spotlessly clean, boutique hotel with excellent location on the last trains. Attentive staff, good quality choice for breakfast.

Great location near main plaza Tasso and bus/train stations. Clean, well-appointed room with small fridge and spacious bathroom. Quiet room with a garden view. Cold breakfast brought to the room each morning. Delightful staff, both the reception staff and those who brought the breakfast. Super comfortable room with amazing AC. Mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Plentiful breakfast options. Modern rooms and bright atmosphere. Very helpful staff

Felt very homey, nothing too much trouble

We chose Abagnale primarily for its proximity to the town centre and the railway station. Our room was modern and the bathroom very well appointed. It was very quiet and very clean. The friendly staff gave top-quality service. I would definitely recommend Abagnale to anyone, and would certainly stay there on any future trip to Sorrento. Note: we spent our first night in a room in a nearby building. This room has a kitchenette, with crockery, cutlery, pots/pans and an electric kettle. It is large and is furnished in a more traditional manner. It overlooks the street, but the window shutters are effective at blocking noise – we slept to 10.00am. The Abagnale does not advertise it, so you need to specifically ask for it if you want it.

No. We liked everything and everybody.

Stylish hotel in the center of the city, functional rooms. High quality and marvellous breakfast by an unenthusiastic chef and amazing location.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Fantastic room with comfortable bed and lots of natural light. Great location in the center of town, close to restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again.

    Nothing to mention.

We stayed in the Annex of the hotel, further up the street. Very cute & quaint, with little kitchenette. Full of character.

The location of this hotel was very convenient. It was very close to the train station and other transportation options. Along with that, there were many restaurants, cafes, and shops around the hotel. The hotel facilities were nice and clean as well. In addition, the breakfast and staff were both excellent.

    Nothing, no complaints at all.

We were well located within Sorrento in a room in the hotel's annex - which is in fact a set of rooms converted in the back of a house within a compound about a half-mile from the hotel itself. The room was clean, small but well arranged, and quiet at night.

The air-conditioner was not up to the task of keeping our (small) room cool, which was perhaps only a problem because we visited during a heat wave. The shower might have benefitted from a soap dish above floor level. We selected the hotel in part due to proximity to the train station and we assumed "annex" meant adjacent - the long walk across town carrying luggage on a hot day was a bit of an unwelcome surprise.

Elina, one of the receptionists, was incredibly helpful. Anything we needed she was right there to help us. She even helped us translate a web page to book train tickets. Honestly, all of the receptionists were very helpful and always in a good mood. We weren't quite sure what to expect from the hotel since we actually stayed in one of the apartment suites, but it was a delightful surprise. It was very nice for my boyfriend and I, very private, and yet a minutes walk to the nearest clubs, shops, and restaurants.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right at the heart of town. You'll find shops, restaurants, and everything you need within a short stroll. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

All was perfect during my stay.

Friendly staff always happy to help and give advice and guidance on things to do in the area. Great location right in the centre of Sorrento. Good bathroom and power shower. Nice continental breakfast. Free WIFI and internet access in reception.

Our room (102) was immediately behind reception and so, at times, quite noisy.

Location, modern, bright and clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Small things such as being unable to get BBC reception on the TV, no light over the bathroom sink, while the breakfast was adequate there could be a bit more variety, eg a choice of different cereals and we were not informed about the terrace on the roof as I found out about it from another guest on our last day there.

Our weekend stay was wonderful! The hotel was in the heart of the town, just a few steps from the main square and close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a couch. The breakfast included made-to-order eggs, which were delicious. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

Having to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs to the reception area. However, the staff were happy to help, so it wasn't a big deal.
